Advertising Policy

Moor displays paid advertisements submitted by advertisers ("Ads"). These ads appear on multiple areas of the platform, including category pages, browsing feeds, and employer/crew-facing sections.

Moor does not verify advertiser claims. Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.

1. Ad Review & Approval

All Ads submitted to Moor are reviewed for:

• Accuracy
• Safety
• Compliance with laws
• Alignment with platform standards
• Creative quality
• Non-competition or conflict of interest

Approval is not guaranteed. Ads may be refused, paused, or removed at any time at Moor's discretion.

2. Prohibited Content

The following categories are not permitted:

• Illegal products or services
• Weapons, explosives, or harmful tools
• Adult or explicit content
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• False, misleading, or deceptive claims
• Unsafe job opportunities or recruitment scams
• Malware, spyware, or harmful links
• Fraudulent financial services
• Direct competitors or near competitors without approval

3. Creative Requirements

Ads must meet Moor's creative and technical standards, including:

• Clear imagery
• Legible text
• Accurate statements
• Proper file formats
• No excessive animation or disruptive elements
• No offensive or low-quality visuals

4. Placement & Rotation

Ads may appear in:

• Category pages
• Public ad board
• Browsing feeds
• Employer dashboards
• Crew dashboards
• Urgent Hire sections
• Category Takeover spots (exclusive)

Ad visibility and rotation depend on the placement purchased, active subscription status, and user activity.

5. Removal & Enforcement

Moor may remove or refuse any ad at its discretion. Reasons include:

• Violations of this Policy
• Poor-quality creative
• Inaccurate claims
• Negative impact on user experience
• Brand or partnership conflicts

6. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers represent and warrant that all content:

• Is lawful
• Is accurate
• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Complies with all applicable regulations
• Is not misleading or deceptive

Advertisers are fully responsible for claims made in their content.

7. Changes to This Policy

Moor may modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
